THE MINDFUL HOT STONE BLISS

Lie on hot stones while you are expertly massaged with hot soothing stones. The hot stone bliss focuses on your back, legs, arms and decolletage. The power of the stones, the warmth of the treatment, and the massage itself unite in this holistic therapy to provide deep relaxation and calm that recharges your body and spirit. Finishing the visit with a hot herbal tea and nibbles.

The miracle of life is a wondrous, beautiful event that we have the privilege of taking part in, and yet like most good things it takes effort and can be just plain old hard work to get through at times. As the body changes to accomodate the precious miracle it puts pressure on the mothers body. Let me gently help you to relax and ease those aches and areas of tension.
